Wisepay Online Payments
We have an online payment facility available for parents to pay money into school via debit or credit card. This allows you to pay for school trips, equipment, materials, tickets, music lessons and many others in a secure and convenient way, 24 hours a day. The system also ties in closely with our cashless catering system; through WisePay, where you can ‘top up’ your daughter’s account, check the balance and view details of the last ten purchases made in the canteen.
You can log in to the system here or by clicking on the WisePay link at the top of this website. Your login details should have been provided to you in a letter; if you have forgotten them please contact the school on the main office number - (01476) 563017 - and ask to speak to finance.
Who are WisePay?
WisePay have provided a secure online payments service to schools and local authorities across the UK for 20 years. They provide the platform we use to present you with items that you can pay for online, but they do not process our money directly.
Who does process the money?
Online payments are processed by SagePay, one of the UK’s biggest online payment companies. They take the payment from your credit/debit card on our behalf but do not hold the money – any payments are sent directly to our bank account and our finance department are notified automatically of the payment.
Are the online payments safe?
All pages on our WisePay site are encrypted in a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) session and your details cannot be intercepted. Your card details are not stored on WisePay and neither they nor we can see your card details.
What are the advantages of using WisePay?
WisePay is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for a few days before the end of the tax year (end of March) and a few days before the end of the school’s financial year (end of August).
You can pay with any Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card and your payment is sent to us immediately.
A full history of all your payments is available in your WisePay account and a receipt is emailed to you immediately after each transaction. You can also see details of purchases your daughter has made in school with the cashless catering system from 2pm each day.
